Julian Bowden, the principal and licensee of the First Chartered Capital office in Redlands, commenced operations in October 2001 after a very successful career of 20 years within the National Australia Bank.

The first office opened at Birkdale which Julian managed as a owner operator. The business has since grown and now a second office in Cleveland has been established where he employs two support staff and continues to look for additional consultants to continue the rapid growth they have experienced. Our office in Cleveland is centrally located, with onsite parking available at the rear of the premises, just to make obtaining finance as simple and convenient as possible.

With a significant and growing client base and over 35 lenders to choose from and strong local knowledge Julian Bowden and his Team are well placed to meet the financial requirements all of the Redlands’ residents.
