The Principals Greg Stallan, Rick Vonhoff & Kelley Moss have been working with First Chartered Capital for over 7 years now and have seen how much the industry has grown within that time. They are ready and willing to give advice on any loan matter you may need help with.

Greg and Rick concentrate on residential loans and refinances, drawing on their vast knowledge of the Mortgage Broking industry, while Kelley takes on the commercial and business loans. She is no stranger to this process having dealt with many of these loans in her 18 years in finance and banking.

As well as our experienced principals the Cairns office also has another Mortgage Consultant - Andrew Macknamara - who mainly deals with residential loans and has been a part of our team for the last 5 years.  Andrew is a fun and entertaining personality to have with in the office.

We have also recently gained 3 new members of staff; Tammy Bolden, who just so happens to have been one of Kelley’s valued clients, who must have liked our office so much she wanted to come work for us! She is specialising in Personal Loans and Plant and Equipment Finance.  Elli Doherty and Caitlin Arkey are our young resident trainees fresh out of school.  They co-ordinate Office Administration and Loan Support as well as studying for their Certificate 3 in Business.

We have 2 registered JPs in the office so we can get your loan application certified without any unnecessary run around.
