Alex Baldwin and Sam Wicks became members of First Chartered Capital Finance in Mosman on August 2004. From their office located in Neutral Bay they offer all types of finance including: residential mortgages; commercial mortgages; car & equipment finance and business finance for both the lower north shore and eastern suburbs areas.

Sam and Alex have formed a strong partnership and successful business by focusing on each of their strengths. Having a keen interest in understanding peoples’ needs Sam focuses his time on developing relationships with clients and lending institutions. Alex who has his MBA in Financial Management focuses on the structuring and processing of the clients loan.

Together, Alex & Sam provide options for the most appropriate loan package for their clients’ situation. They then commit to taking the client through the entire process from submission, settlement and beyond in the most efficient manner.
